Thank goodness you have such a brother who has patience with you!!! Love you, boys! Mine started after my youngest child was born and almost six years on, although it’s still present, it’s shifted form now. It used to be mainly at night and I’d try to stop myself from sleeping. Now the Dog The chain on my mood swing just snapped run shirt I’m on forcing me to sleep and my fears are shared between day and night. I didn’t know other people did this. And for people thinking she wants attention or that she has multiple personalities, you are wrong. I named my severe anxiety and it has helped me separate what I actually feel from what my anxiety tells me is real. Mental illness can overwhelm you and can take over your mind. Don’t judge people for trying to cope and make themselves better.
